The multiverse has been visited by many a writer that claims they know the exact moment, time and notion that they see it and believe it. What if we were able to do that ourselves right now? Think of an instance when you were young, and you found yourself in a predicament that you did not want to be in. Now take yourself out of that predicament and find a safe place that you can go to where no one can touch you, hit you, think of you, or abuse you in anyway. When you take yourself out of that predicament, it is done. This is the multiverse that is being spoken of. If you can in your mind remove yourself this is the experience of movement through it. When we are really good at doing it, this move through the multiverse, we can see the benefits of taking ourselves out of predicaments that no longer need to capture and entrain our thoughts because we have removed ourselves. When we remove ourselves, we can find ourselves anywhere we place ourselves. It may be on a park bench or a swing set or you may take yourself to the farthest reaches of this world. When you escape, don’t escape your mind but instead escape with your body. Your physicality in the moment can disappear and move you to a place of comfort and separateness to the meaning of the event. Our separateness is only necessary in extreme harm to ourselves. When we separate as a means of escaping life this can be harmful. Instead, we can remain grounded and say no. We can also move our body in a direction out of the way of harm and become familiar with knowing our limits and boundaries. Take this from someone who knows.
