3AM Wake Ups
I have for the last little while been waking at 3:00AM in the morning, looking at my alarm clock then going back to sleep. I started with a 15minute meditation this morning but went into writing in my journal with my Higher Self. The following, is a conversation we talked about. That may help those who are waking this hour as well.
-I am distracted just sitting, I prefer meditation through writing.-
There is a time when meditation will be beneficial for your writing. You will need it to concentrate on the incoming energies needed to telegraph your entry to different waves of sound. One way will be to listen to the Dalai Lama. You are right, there is a channel that he transmits to. The peace channel which transmits across the world.
-Yes, I would like to be a part of that. –
Good, it’s attainable, it takes a different approach to your practice. It generates a whole lot of love. We know it can be onerous for the hours that include but can be adopted. Your 3:00 AM call is not what you think. It’s your body adapting to a service of prayer for the world. At 3:00 AM there is a convergence of light around the world that brings us together at the darkest hour, Into the light. It is this hour that is chosen so that the world is not left dark but that someone will take the torch and hold a light for the rest. This light is made accustomed to the value placed upon it by yourself. The next level of prayer allows the reaching of your work to find its place in the world.
-It’s very disruptive to my sleep.-
There is another way of doing this, take the praying time to when you can do it and accept and love doing it then. Think of when this happens for you.
– Mornings and evenings-
Good, these are the times that you are writing for the world. Your meditation works for the world when they’re written and spoken aloud. You can find your words.
– That resonates when they’re read-
And you know others would like to hear them as well. Think what it would be like if you could teach yourself a new way of Being just by allowing it to come in us by just asking.
– Do I need to have an intent?-
The words are far reaching as they are written and published. This will help. Can you find words that will find you ready to be spoken? Absolutely. Do we find words that need to be found? Absolutely. Do we find words ourselves? Absolutely. These need to be found right now. There are two things to remember: good things happen to those that wait and those that wait will miss out if they don’t take action.
– Opposites!-
Your value to the world awaits these days. When you discover that the words you spoke today happen at every hour of every day, we know that we do not need to be up in the early hours of the morning to join in. We can do them at the time that we can do them and that is appropriate to. The Dalai Lamas’ hours of waking are only for him not you. Now is the time to think back into the book when we talked about this. Knowing you were convinced you needed to be praying or meditating at that time.
-I am just looking at it from a view of balance now versus back then and seeing if there are any changes.-
There is a difference now, and that is your understanding of what it takes to be an embodied Bodhisattva. You have imagined yourself requiring a different set of rules but it still remains the same. You can last longer in meditation and still receive those messages in a way that can form clearly a directed path. Do not worry about the quality. Quantity also does not matter. Your choice to do it for yourself is what does. Now when you are looking for hints on how to do it better, we can help. When it comes to how to concentrate a little better, we can work on that too. Right now, let’s just work at writing and seeing how this transpires from here. There are two things worth working at tonight – how we can work with the world energies and when. The world energies have differing times in the world. There are times when we are fast asleep, when there could be some help and times when we are awake. The waking hours of morning and evening are especially great times because of the reflection we have with still waters. These two time periods are quiet, self reflective and can easily take you into the rest of the day or the night with a focus that will maintain. It will be important for our work when it comes to setting ourselves at night so we get a good 6 to 8 hours of restful sleep that includes some REM cycles needed for our health. It can be accomplished if we generate a sleep cycle that mimics 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM going to bed and waking five to seven the next morning. This routine is the best diurnal cycle we can have. This working from 9:00 to 5:00 can be beneficial if there is a morning or evening meditation for up to an hour total. When we give ourselves this break from the outside and concentrate on our inner self we can reach milestones of Being that change our focus, drive, and creation in this life. When we discover our ability to formulate the perfect sleep rhythm and routine then we know we have reached a place of stillness within us.
