When we go amongst ourselves we see the difference in how we are raised. We see that sometimes we are raised with Bali-type spiritual-esque teaching and then we are left with a hunger to do more with our life. Then we have the American dream of sitting on a pond with Bass fish nibbling. There are two ways of finding your God in all of this. One with purpose the other with living the day-to-day life. There is no difference in the long run which will bring you closer, you just have to experience each other. Travel around the world can bring you to different places but the spiritual destinations are the same. Make a choice on how you are going to create the world you are going to live.
When we have the time to erase what is bothering us, we can feel a little left out. We have taken great care of ourselves to figure out what has been bothering us all these years. The traumas, the heartaches, the troubles in our childhood – these can be repaired. When we have done this we sit back and wonder what is next. What new trauma can I work on now? This anticipating of doom and gloom can bring these types of manifesting ideas into play, but we want to steer clear of this. When we have healed, let’s move to a more self-loving manifestation of peace and love. This way, we bring to ourselves the world of wholeness. Your ‘service to others’ may begin to kick in to light the path for others who are ready or inspired to heal.
We like how impossible the journey might seem but take it as a courageous expression of our spirit inside. When we find the ‘time’ for this journey we may be surprised that this was the journey that makes all others small in comparison. Finding the will to survive when all the hardships mount is nothing left but awe-inspiring to those all around. Take this time to discover what it has taken for you to get to this point in your life – the ‘ups’ and the ‘downs.’ What part of the ‘downs’ do you think you can mend? Find in your heart these answers to your questions. They start with ‘God, why did…?’ God will reply. Questions like why? and how? can make a great impact on understanding the very nature as to why something occurred in your life. When you have these conversations with God you can guarantee you are going to the Source of all of it. So whether Bali is your destination or your backyard Bass pond, you can always find God right beside you. It’s the destination in the end.
