I sit here tonight journaling and connecting with my guides about the road I have taken to be here in this moment empowered, embodied, and evolving into someone I am very happy with.  It was not this way for me 10 short years ago.   Ten years ago I was going through a separation and divorce in short succession between my Dark Night of the Soul.  It was a wallop and I was down for the count where I ended up taking medication for not their intended purpose and resulting in mental health issues in my darkest days.  It was an intense time not understanding what my intended purpose and path were through all of it.   I had to take a serious look at self-care as I had neglected myself and let my self-worth plummet.  The bright light was my connection to the Divine.  I taught myself to journal/channel.  It was all very organic.  As a clear channel now, I can say I have made mistakes along the way to understand what to do and what not to. My embodiment and sovereignty were unknown to me four years ago.  My head was in the clouds, spacey and ungrounded.  I was letting low-level spirits and entities be the focus of my spiritual practice.  In 2019, I took my first energy classes at Energy Healing Institute.  I learned to set my chakras and ground.  I am at peace and neutral to the energies around me.  I’m not fluctuating on that rollercoaster of emotions where for example, one conversation takes me out of commission for three days.  I am self-responsible, self-empowered, and grounded in this life ready to take on what is next to come.  I am sovereign, autonomous, and aligned on my path.  It’s a wonderful feeling.  I have the keys and tools to help you be the healer in your own life.   Contact Promoveo Energy and Wellness practitioners at www.promoveoenergyandwellness.com  for a free consultation on where to begin.
